End User Terms

These End User Terms ("Terms") govern your use of software products developed by Plainward Software ("Plainward", "we", "us") and distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace or other channels.

By installing or using our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the product.

Subject to these Terms and your valid license (if applicable), we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the product within your Atlassian instance for the number of users covered by your license.

For products with a freemium model, free features are available without a paid license. Paid features require a valid commercial or evaluation license obtained through the Atlassian Marketplace.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the product beyond what applicable law permits
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
• Redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the product to third parties
• Use the product in a way that violates applicable laws or the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use

Our Data Center products run entirely within your infrastructure. We do not access, collect, or store your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Our Cloud (Forge) products operate within Atlassian's platform and are subject to Atlassian's terms and our Privacy Policy.

We provide support for our products as described on our Support page. Support is available to customers with a valid license (commercial or evaluation).

The product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all configurations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plainward shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product license in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are effective until terminated. Your license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with these Terms or if your Atlassian Marketplace license expires or is revoked.

Upon termination, you must uninstall the product and destroy all copies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
