Common Questions

How do I install a Data Center plugin?

Upload the JAR file through your Atlassian admin panel: Administration → Manage apps → Upload app. Alternatively, find and install it directly from the Atlassian Marketplace tab.

How does the evaluation license work?

All paid features come with a 30-day free evaluation period. After the evaluation expires, paid features are disabled but free features continue to work normally.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Email support@plainward.com with a description of the issue, steps to reproduce, your Bitbucket/Jira version, and any relevant screenshots or logs.

Do your products send data to external servers?

Our DC products run entirely within your infrastructure. Some features (like PlantUML) may optionally connect to rendering servers, but this is configurable and can be disabled. See our Privacy Policy for details.
